Description:

In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing the implementation of Projects for Hikma Rx while ensuring alignment with business objectives, regulatory compliance and utilizing the Hikma PMO tools and processes. Accountable for managing internal resources and third-party vendors to drive service performance and improvements to meet business expectations Medium-to-large Information Technology projects, including Infrastructure, and application projects.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the delivery of all assigned projects following the IT PMO methodology.
  • Direct the day-to-day activities of the project team.
  • Coordinate activities with project stakeholders, both internal and external to the organization.
  • Execute project management processes (planning, risk and issues management, financial management, status reporting, project communication etc.).
  • Lead all requirements gathering in collaboration with functional leads.
  • Ensure the delivered solution is consistent with the agreed scope, design and quality expectations.
  • Provide project reporting to evidence that stakeholder and senior management requirements are being addressed.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain key stakeholder relationships with business, IT and third-party vendors.
  • Business leadership and Team, IT Leadership and Team, Project Managers and IT Finance
  • Other responsibilities as assigned to support the Hikma Rx business partnering team.

SKILLS
  • Deep understanding of project management practices, methodologies, and tools, along with the concepts of IT portfolio management
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point). Expertise in Excel pivot tables critical.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Project Management and "Power" tool suites, including but not limited to, Power BI, Power Apps, SharePoint, Microsoft Project and Project Web App.
  • Strong knowledge of project development/implementation processes.
  • Strong written and oral presentation skills. Ability to effectively communicate ideas and properly describe problems and find creative solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and support multiple levels within the organization.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and anticipate last minute changes.
  • Business acumen with strong influencing skills.
  • Driving service transition activities and ensuring services transition across support teams by ensuring knowledge transfer is effective and driving Early Life Support activities to ensure new deployments stabilize and support teams pick up knowledge.
  • Support global projects and global teams and there shall be a need to periodically work outside of normal hours.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 5+ years of systems experience including 2+ years of project or portfolio management experience

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Project Management Certification a plus
  • 3-5 years' experience in project management and / or IT portfolio management with an understanding of Hikma's IT systems development and portfolio management processes and practices
