CTL is seeking a talented Project Management (PM) Associate to join our team. In this high-impact role, you will partner closely with the Co-Head of CTL and Project Management Director of Sales to drive operational excellence and lead strategic initiatives. You will provide advanced analytical and administrative support while coordinating cross-functional projects that enhance productivity and communication across the organization.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a trusted partner to the Head of CTL, making decisions, crafting communications, and advocating for team priorities
  • Promote transparent and effective information flow between leadership and key departments
  • Actively drive meeting discussions and ensure team perspectives are recognized
  • Manage projects from initiation through implementation, ensuring timely delivery and successful outcomes
  • Prepare, organize, and coordinate briefing materials, reports, and presentations for executive meetings
