Creative Project Associate

Help bring creative ideas to life across Uline’s marketing. As a Creative Project Associate, you’ll coordinate projects, collaborate with creative teams and make sure every detail is ready to go. Join a team of 170+ members delivering high-impact visuals with precision and brand consistency.

Position Responsibilities

  • Coordinate creative projects from kickoff through completion, keeping timelines and deliverables on track for print and digital materials.

  • Proof all print and digital creative materials for proper spelling, punctuation and color accuracy for catalogs, pamphlets, advertising materials and our website.

  • Ensure projects remain on schedule and are within Uline’s brand and style guidelines.

  • Partner with other teams on assignments, including Design, Photo, Merchandising and Direct Marketing.

  • Maintain, update and archive project files.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.

  • Detail-oriented with excellent communication and organizational skills.

  • Strong multitasking and time-management skills.

  • Understanding of the print production process a plus.
