This Associate will manage non-Application IT Projects across the full lifecycle.


Project Process Management

  • Manage non-application IT projects (e.g., data center, network, server, cloud, platform upgrades) throughout the full project lifecycle
  • Coordinate with engineering teams on solution design, environment setup, and deployment
  • Capture lessons learned and support PMO

Project Timeline Control

  • Track project progress and ensure timely completion of project tasks and milestones

Project Communication and Coordination

  • Facilitate communication and coordination among project stakeholders
  • Organize project meetings, working groups, and steering committee meetings and report the project status

Project Risk Management

  • Identify, monitor, and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement appropriate mitigation and resolution measures
  • Escalate significant project risks and issues to relevant parties when necessary

Project Change Management

  • Conduct project change management

Project Quality Control

  • Ensure all project deliverables meet quality requirements before go-live 

Project Compliance

  • Ensure project execution complies with the bankโ€™s IT project management policies, procedures, and governance requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, or a related field required.
  • Minimum 3 years of IT project management experience.
  • Demonstrate solid understanding of IT infrastructure domains including: Servers, Network, Cloud platforms.
  • Ability to understand both technical and business requirements.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across business and IT teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
