Work Flexibility: Remote

This role requires the candidate to be located within the Southeast region of the United States. Will only consider candidates in Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee and Virginia

Stryker is seeking a tenacious, customer service-focused Associate Project Manager to manage customer engagements from initial transition from Sales through final delivery and transition to the Services team. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions across all care.ai product lines that meet and exceed business and customer satisfaction metrics and satisfy budget and schedule requirements. care.ai specializes in delivering AI-assisted virtual care workflows, smart room technology and ambient intelligence solutions.

What you will do

  • Schedule, facilitate, and lead the transition process from the Sales team to the Services team

  • Lead the assigned delivery teams to ensure the project meets the scope, schedule, quality and budget expectations

  • Plan, schedule, and track project milestones, critical paths, deliverables, and accurate revenue forecasting using industry standard tools

  • Ensure delivery process aligns with standards established through the care.ai Solutions Deployment Methodology

  • Facilitate project communications, including lead regular project status meetings with all partners, documenting meeting minutes, and managing all ongoing action items

  • Ensure that all project deliverables and documentation are archived appropriately and in a timely manner, as well as satisfy established project review and audit processes

  • Conduct project close-out activities, including transitioning processes back to Sales and Support; Elicit, compile, and share post-delivery lessons and feedback

  • This role requires regular travel, with candidates expected to travel 25% to 50% of the time based on business priorities and customer requirements.

  • Bachelor's degree

  • 2+ years of professional experience

  • Experience with project management software, Monday.com and JIRA preferred

Preferred:

  • PMP certification

  • Strong understanding of enterprise network architecture, firewall requirements, and infrastructure components to support secure, scalable business solutions

  • Healthcare project management experience preferred
