About Us


We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactiveProject Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing projects from proposal to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. You will play a key role in coordinating teams, managing resources, and maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders.


Here's What You'll Be Doing


  • Prepare project proposals.
  • Manage projects to completion accurately and efficiently according to scope, specifications, budgets, and timelines.
  • Outlines the tasks involved in the project and delegates accordingly.
  • Identifies delivery concerns early, including source, and generally has a corrective action plan ready.
  • Develop and enforce communication protocols for project personnel.
  • Ensures record-keeping procedures are in place and followed by the project team.
  • Effectively controls costs through economical utilization of personnel, materials, and equipment.
  • Acts as a liaison between the company, customers, and vendors.
  • Ensures compliance with federal, state, local, industry, contractual, and company regulations, standards, specifications, and best practices.


The Criteria for Joining Our Team


  • A bachelor's degree in a related field, which may include Business Administration, Construction Management, or Engineering, is required.
  • Relevant and sufficient work experience may be substituted for the bachelor's degree requirement.
  • Over five years up to and including twelve years of experience in managing, planning, and/or projects of moderate complexity and scale.
  • Knowledge of how to prepare contracts.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
  • Ability to execute the terms of contracts.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
  • Ability to manage projects efficiently and within budget.
  • Thorough understanding of or the ability to quickly learn about the project.
  • Ability to understand and follow Royal's Project Management Handbook.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Ability to acclimate to project management software or related software.
