What You'll Do:
As a Project Executive, you'll be the driving force behind project success-mentoring teams, ensuring flawless execution, and delivering results that exceed expectations. Your role includes:
  • Leading with excellence across all project phases-from financial performance and quality control to safety, scheduling, and risk management
  • Coaching the next generation of construction leaders, including project managers, engineers, and superintendents
  • Building strong partnerships with owners, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery
  • Driving innovation through continuous improvement initiatives that elevate our standards
  • Supporting business development efforts by providing technical expertise to win new opportunities

What You Bring:
