About the Position: This position is with the Mississippi Department of Transportation and is located in Pike County. The official MSPB classification title is Project Management Supervisor.This is second-level project management work accountable for managing complex projects, which may include agency-level or statewide enterprise-level initiatives. The incumbent is responsible for project planning, coordinating project team activities, identifying appropriate resources, developing project plans and timelines, assigning accountabilities, monitoring progress, and measuring project outcomes.The position requires frequent interaction with business owners, managers, project team members, and other stakeholders to ensure project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and outcomes are clearly defined and effectively managed.
