Job Description
Perform all project schedule and cost related updates throughout the lifecycle of projects assigned. Track and monitor project commitments, costs, and change requests received against the approved estimates.
Analyze project progress and make recommendations as to forecasted cost projections.
Enter project schedules into Microsoft Project, Primavera 6, or other scheduling system.
Interface with Engineering, Construction, Planning, Project Management and other stakeholders to verify updates to schedule and cost related activities.
Perform final project assessment to ensure compliance with project control standards.
Support documenting lessons learned and peer reviews.
Assist with project management related tasks, including but not limited to: preparing communication updates for stakeholders, monitoring risks, assisting with project documents and workflow, performing site visits, and interfacing with vendors and suppliers.
Qualifications
1 to 4 years of experience in construction, facilities, owner's representative or other construction and design related industry.
Desired Qualifications: Bachelors in construction management, construction engineering, architecture, engineering, or technical field. Masters in construction management or construction engineering a plus.
Additional Information
Relocation to Akron, OH or greater Cleveland, OH area required.
