Job description

EUA believes that great design elevates people's potential - this is the heartbeat of our company. It drives us to unite our talents and creativity to shape spaces that elevate lives and the communities around us. Guided by our clients' vision, we move forward together with intention - aligning vision and action to deliver meaningful outcomes that reflect our clients' goals and elevate the human experience.
Your Role
As a Project Manager, you'll lead projects from concept through construction-balancing client engagement, team coordination, and technical precision. You'll ensure schedules, budgets, and quality standards are met while fostering strong relationships with clients and consultants. This position offers the opportunity to manage a diverse mix of project types, including senior living communities, mixed-use/multifamily developments, and hospitality or hotel projects. You'll bring versatility and leadership to projects that demand both creative problem-solving and technical expertise-flexing between big-picture strategy and hands-on production when needed.
Your Responsibilities
  • Project Leadership: Oversee all phases of project delivery - entitlement, permitting, construction administration
  • Client + Consultants: Act as the primary point of contact, driving clear communication and strong relationships.
  • Design Progress Monitoring: Ensure drawings and deliverables align with client expectations, project goals, and quality standards.
  • Team Mentoring + Support: Coach and guide project architects and designers; delegate tasks effectively.
  • Financial + Schedule Management: Control contracts, budgets, and timelines to keep projects on track.

What Sets You Up for Success?
  • Licensed Architect (or equivalent experience) with 6+ years project management experience in senior living and mixed-use/multifamily markets.
  • Deep knowledge of building codes and licensing regulations (IBC, Wisconsin DHS, NFPA 101)
  • Proficiency in Revit and project delivery standards
  • Strong financial acumen - budgeting, scheduling, and contract management
  • Exceptional organization and time-management skills
  • Skilled communicator who builds trust with clients and consultants
  • Collaborative leader passionate about mentoring and team growth
  • Problem-solver with sharp eye for detail and quality
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with adaptability and confidence.

At EUA, collaboration is at the heart of everything we do-across offices, markets, and disciplines. We empower leadership growth, giving you the autonomy to shape your path while contributing to ours. This role is more than project management; it's about joining a team that innovates, iterates, and pushes boundaries to achieve exceptional design outcomes. If you're curious, bold, and ready to make an impact, we'd love to hear from you.
