What You’ll Do:

  • Subcontractor Coordination: Manage schedules, trade activity, and workflows across multiple active residential/light commercial rebuild sites.
  • Scope Execution: Review and execute approved insurance repair scopes, tracking change orders and supplements to maximize profitability.
  • Field Inspections & CX: Enforce quality workmanship and safety while maintaining proactive, empathetic communication with property owners.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2 to 5+ years of PM experience specifically in insurance restoration, reconstruction, or residential building.
  • Proven track record managing multiple active residential rebuild lines simultaneously.
  • Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable field vehicle (Truck preferred).
  • Preferred: Familiarity with carrier milestones and an established local subcontractor/trade network.
