Job Purpose
The Project Manager responsible for managing Production and Development Programs ensuring financial, delivery, and customer satisfaction objectives. This role will support Pricing, Contracting, and Execution of production contracts.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
โ€ข Initiate, Plan, Execute, and Monitor project activities.
โ€ข Manage changes to scope, cost, and schedule of project work.
โ€ข Coordinate priorities and resources between multiple Projects and Programs.
โ€ข Prepare and update project plans and status reports.
โ€ข Provide management with updates on customer and corporate issues.
โ€ข Participate in strategic business meetings to balance requirements across multiple customers.
โ€ข Coordinate cross-functional meetings of personnel related to project.
โ€ข Facilitate sessions to resolve issues as they arise.
โ€ข Utilize corporate processes to track proposals, contract negotiations, project schedule and costs.
โ€ข Report status, develop project-related documentation, and implement lessons learned.
โ€ข Participate in project performance reviews and discussions.
โ€ข Participate in corporate business development activities.

Qualifications
Education and/or Experience
Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering, Business or closely related discipline, or equivalent level of demonstrated knowledge acquired through experience and/or other training.
At least 2 years for experience in Engineering, Project Management, or Government Contract Administration or related environment.
Language Skills
Must speak fluent English and be comfortable presenting to audiences up to 20 people both virtually or in person.
Mathematical Skills
Comfortable with general accounting principles and earned value management is preferable.
Computer Skills
Experienced and comfortable with M.S. Office and Project applications.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
PMP Preferred.
