The RCM Mergers and Acquisition team represents RCM in strategic initiatives for the Labcorp Diagnostics business. The team coordinates all RCM activities to integrate customers and volumes to Labcorp systems.
The Analyst II role performs all actions and necessary functions to conduct confidential due diligence and solution for Acquisition and Conversion projects to transition customer data and volumes to LCLS/LCBS for billing. The role takes guidance from the team Manager and facilitates collaborative meetings to meet project deliverables, implement solutions, perform analysis and monitor/resolve billing outcomes.
  • Works within a project team to facilitate all integration-related activities to meet defined timelines.
  • Engages with multiple disciplines and external counterparts to conduct Due Diligence, obtain seller data needed for customer integration and draft diligence reports.
  • Write communications and compile a gaps analysis for each transaction for awareness; signal sales awareness and client education towards impacts.
  • Attend, facilitate, and summarize project-related meetings; identify next actions and follow-through for completion.
  • Coordinate with various functions to achieve RCM readiness and ensure staff and workflow capabilities.
  • Coordinate all data mapping exercises for client/payer records and price loads for acquisition customers.
  • Monitor for issues, risks, and project deviations; escalate significant items to the team Manager.
  • Communicate overall project health towards sustainability.

  • Motivated, flexible and confident to engage with external counterparts and cross-functional disciplines.
  • Ability to write concise summaries, signal issues or gaps and collaborate with audiences for solutions.
  • Must be able to balance multiple projects, meet timelines for deliverables, report progress and quantify solutions.
  • Able to lead assigned tasks for less complex transactions with minimal guidance and be able to support the team manager with integration tasks for more complex transactions.
