• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field
• 3+ years of public accounting experience
• Strong accounting and financial reporting knowledge
• Client-facing experience
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Strong project management and organizational skills

• CPA, EA, or equivalent certification
• Healthcare industry experience
• Experience supervising staff
• Client Accounting Services experience
• Medical, dental, or veterinary practice exposure
• Experience leading engagements and client meetings
