We are seeking a Finance Manager to join our Alpharetta, GA team as a key financial partner to Manufacturing leadership. This role oversees plant financial performance, cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis while supporting strategic growth initiatives including acquisitions and capital investments. The ideal candidate combines strong technical cost accounting skills with operational insight and the ability to turn financial data into actionable business decisions.Key Responsibilities:Operations Finance Leadership
  • Serve as finance lead for new operational initiatives, acquisitions, and organic growth projects.
  • Own plant conversion costs, including budgeting, forecasting, standard setting, and variance analysis.
  • Lead monthly operating and financial reviews with plant and operations leadership.
Cost Management & Analysis
  • Perform detailed analysis of manufacturing costs, operational variances, and standard costing.
  • Lead financial reviews of manufacturing KPIs, inventory, and ERP standards.
  • Manage cost allocation, cost control, and cost reduction strategies.
  • Analyze cost savings initiatives and track financial impact and ROI.
  • Provide financial analysis for capital investments, facilities, and equipment projects.
  • Support annual inventory audits and recommend process improvements.
  • Conduct ad hoc financial and business analysis as needed.
Qualifications:
