Pay: $20 - $21/hour Depending on Experience

ProHome is seeking a Client Relationship Coordinator to serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners, builders, and subcontractors throughout the warranty process. This is a customer-focused, detail-driven role with clear performance expectations and growth opportunities.
What You’ll Do:
  • Serve as the main contact for assigned homeowners, builders, and subcontractors.
  • Manage warranty claims from intake through resolution.
  • Respond to inquiries within established timelines.
  • Schedule approved claims and coordinate subcontractors.
  • Document and track all activity accurately in company systems.
  • Maintain performance metrics related to response time, follow-up, and quality.
  • Communicate professionally, confidently, and empathetically.

What We’re Looking For:
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Residential warranty experience ( warranty representative/coordinator, construction customer service rep.
  • Excellent organization, follow-through, and time management.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and standard office tools.
  • Team-oriented with a high level of professionalism and accountability.
  • High school diploma required (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
