About the Role
Hello SLPAs! Come work with a woman and therapist run company doing what you love! Ampersand Therapy is hiring a Speech Language Pathology Assistant for the 2026-2027 school year in the Yuma, AZ area. We're seeking passionate and collaborative professionals who are excited to make a meaningful impact in the school-based setting.

What You'll Do
  • Assist with speech therapy services in the school setting

  • Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

What We're Looking For
  • Active Arizona SLPA License
  • Active Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card
  • Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred but not required
