About Us: Farmers Insurance is recruiting an Agent Protege to serve the Mountain Brook area. This hybrid role combines local, community-facing work in Mountain Brook with district-led training and mentorship in Mobile.   • Primary Responsibilities
    • Support clients with Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance products.
    • Develop and grow a book of business through networking, referrals, and community outreach across the Mountain Brook area.
    • Complete district training programs, participate in in-office workshops, and engage with mentorship provided by the district and agency.
    • Provide ongoing customer service, assist clients with policy maintenance, and support claims processes.
