Executive Search | Controller, VP, CFO | Private Equity, Family Office, Founder Led Companies Vice President of Finance โ€“ Multi-Site Home Health Provider BCS Finance is seeking a strategic and operationally minded Vice President of Finance . Our client, a rapidly growing, multi-state home health provider, is looking for a strong individual to join its leadership team and drive the financial strategy. Reporting to the CFO, this executive will be responsible for all aspects of budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, performance management, and operational finance โ€” partnering closely with senior leaders and site operators to ensure growth, profitability, and operational excellence.

This role is remote with 25-30% overnight travel. Candidates must sit in EST or CST time zones. Responsibilities Lead the system-wide annual budget, forecast, and long-range planning process.

Prepare monthly consolidated financial reporting. Partner with Operations to align financial plans with business objectives across all sites and service lines. Oversee variance analysis, operational KPIs, and benchmarking to identify improvement opportunities.

Build and maintain robust financial models for growth initiatives, acquisitions, and de novo openings. Lead and develop a high-performing finance team focused on accountability and continuous improvement. Implement and maintain strong internal controls, policies, and governance practices.

Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration. 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, including current/recent experience in multi-site Home Health Care. Proven success in FP&A, operational finance, and strategic planning at the executive level.

CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred. Exceptional financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills. Strong executive presence and communication skills.
