We are hiring a Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Sales Representative in the Houston area.

This role offers a strong sales system, mentorship, and uncapped commission structure.

Base Pay + Uncapped Commissions + Bonus Opportunities

WHAT YOULL DO
  • Sell auto, home, life, and umbrella insurance
  • Handle inbound + outbound insurance sales leads
  • Provide quotes and coverage recommendations
  • Build and grow a personal book of business
  • Meet monthly sales production goals
  • Work within Farmers compliance guidelines
WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR
