Looking for a career where you will make a difference every day? Growing Kids Learning Center in Warsaw is seeking an Early Childhood Center Director to join our passionate team.


We’ve been family-owned since 1995, proudly serving children in Northern Indiana from 6 weeks to elementary age. Our mission is simple: Protect, Educate, Inspire.

What You’ll Do
•    Maintain Indiana Licensing Standards, NECPA Accreditation, and Paths to Quality Level 4
•    Participate in management, community meetings, and give tours of the Center
•    Responsible for hiring, training, and developing staff
•    Assist with proper staff coverage, including staff and substitute scheduling
•    Assist in controlling monthly expenses and accounts receivable management
•    Support children’s growth and milestones
•    Communicate with parents and families


What We’re Looking For
•    Bachelors College degree in Early Childhood Education or related 
•    Additional coursework in a related field or a master’s degree preferred
•    Experience in supervising and managing staff
•    Three years of progressive and relevant experience
•    Knowledge and understanding of all current state and local regulations relating to child care facilities
•    Team-focused, proactive attitude
•    Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress
•    Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and other childcare programs


On-Site Schedule: Monday–Friday
