Summary:

In this role, you will support the development and growth of Vizient's Impact Standardization program, the largest and most successful managed rebate program in the industry. You will identify new program and category opportunities, partner with contracting teams to advance program development, and support successful program launches. You will apply a project- and detail-oriented approach to maintain organized workstreams, manage timelines and documentation, and align key clients and cross-functional teams throughout development and launch. You will also support engagement, training, and collaboration efforts that drive program adoption and value.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify new program and category opportunities to support continued program growth and value creation.

  • Partner with contracting teams to advance new program development, document requirements, track progress, coordinate follow-ups, and maintain key milestones.

  • Manage project plans, timelines, documentation, and status updates to promote visibility, accountability, and execution across workstreams.

  • Support new program launches by developing launch materials, coordinating communications, managing readiness activities, and aligning clients and cross-functional teams on timing and execution.

  • Monitor project details, open items, risks, and dependencies to resolve issues and maintain progress.

  • Develop and deliver training and orientation for new program launches, suppliers, and clients.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant degree preferred.

  • 7 or more years of relevant experience required.

  • Healthcare experience preferred.

  • Project management certification preferred.

  • Strong analytical, database, and research skills.

  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft applications.

  • Understanding of legal agreements preferred.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Willingness to travel.

Estimated Hiring Range:

At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $102,400.00 to $179,000.00.

This position is also incentive eligible.
