Programmers solve problems, automate tasks, and bring digital projects to life by creating efficient and reliable code. The field requires logical thinking, attention to detail, and continuous learning as technologies evolve.

What jobs can you do in programming?

Founded in 2011, Fullscript began by helping practitioners access and prescribe the products they trust to support better outcomes. What started with one practitioner and a simple idea has grown into a modern platform used by more than 125,000 practitioners and 10 million patients across North America.

Our ambition is clear: deliver the perfect patient experience and build everything around it. The best health journeys are practitioner-guided and connected from start to finish.

Fullscript brings together labs, supplements, clinical tools, and operational workflows into one system designed to support personalized, prevention-focused practice at scale.

At the core of everything we do is our mission: helping people get better.

The Opportunity

You don't just manage infrastructure, you build the systems that power everything we do.

As a Senior Developer, DevOps on our Platform Engineering team, you'll play a critical role in designing and scaling the infrastructure that supports our platform. You'll work across the full DevOps lifecycle from infrastructure as code to observability to CI/CD; enabling our engineering teams to move quickly while maintaining high standards for reliability, security, and performance.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, enjoys solving complex technical challenges, and is passionate about building scalable systems that empower developers.

What you'll do
  • Design and maintain scalable, reliable infrastructure using AWS (ECS, RDS, and related services)
  • Build and manage infrastructure as code using Terraform
  • Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines to support efficient, secure software delivery
  • Improve system observability using tools such as Datadog, Sentry, and Coralogix
  • Enable a seamless developer experience by improving tooling, workflows, and platform usability
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to support fast, safe, and reliable deployments
  • Troubleshoot production issues and contribute to system reliability improvements
  • Document infrastructure and share knowledge to improve long-term maintainability
What you bring to the table
  • 5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or related roles
  • Strong experience with AWS services, particularly ECS and RDS
  • Hands-on experience with Terraform and infrastructure-as-code practices
  • Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab CI)
  • Experience with observability tools such as Datadog, Sentry, or Coralogix
  • Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, reliability, and performance optimization
  • Proficiency with scripting or programming languages (e.g., Python, Bash)
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to document complex systems
Bonus if you have
  • Experience with Kubernetes, Helm, or container orchestration tools
  • Familiarity with Ruby on Rails and/or JavaScript applications
  • Experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar databases
  • Experience with Linux/Unix systems administration
What we can offer you
  • Salary range: $120,000 to $160,00 CAD
  • Remote-first flexibility to work where you work best, with Ottawa, Toronto, Calgary, or Vancouver preferred for this role.
  • Flexible PTO and competitive pay, because work-life balance matters
  • RRSP match and stock options to invest in your future
  • Premium benefits package with customizable coverage, paramedical services, and an HSA.
  • Fullscript discounts to save on high-quality wellness products
  • Continuous learning opportunities to grow your skills and career

Fullscript shares salary ranges to support transparency and help candidates make informed decisions. The range shown reflects base salary only and does not include stock options, wellness stipends, or other benefits that are part of Fullscript's total rewards package.
