Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Information Technology, ora relatedfield.
  • 5-8 years of IT experiencewith a strong focus onSite Reliability Engineering (SRE), Performance Engineering, ObservabilityandDevOps.
  • Solid experience building, configuring, andmaintainingcustom dashboards and alertsusingGrafana and Splunk.
  • Strong hands-on experience drivingend-to-end observability and performance reliabilityforKubernetes and Red Hat OpenShiftplatforms, includingingress,Istio service mesh, and full-stack telemetry acrossmetrics, logs, traces, and events.
  • In-depth hands-on experience with at least oneApplication Performance Monitoring (APM)tool such asDynatrace, Grafana APM, AppDynamics, Datadog, New Relic, or similar.
  • Proven ability toidentifyperformance bottlenecks, troubleshoot complex issues, and lead optimization efforts across distributed systems.
  • Experience withPrometheus and Grafana Mimiris a plus.
  • Hands-on experience developing and troubleshootingperformance test engineering scriptsusing tools such ask6, LoadRunner, JMeter, or similar.
  • Experience with Performance Engineering ofweb applications, Oracle ERP (on-premises and cloud), middlewaresystemsand APIs. Experience with TELNET handheld devices and mobile performance test engineering is a plus.
  • Expertisein gathering and derivingnon-functional requirements (NFRs)and definingperformance and reliability engineering strategies.
  • Skilled in setting up performance test environments, creating test data, and executingload,stressand endurance tests.
  • Strongexpertisein analyzing test results and producingclear, actionable performance and reliability reports.
  • Experience with one or more programming languages includingJava, JavaScript, Python, and C.
  • Solid knowledge ofSQL and NoSQL databases(Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) andproficiencywith data analysis tools such asToad or SQL Developer.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrates emotional resilience in the face of ambiguity, change, pushback, and failure;exhibitsservant leadership, self-awareness, humility, and a strong commitment to continuous learning.
