The academic year starts on September 1 and ends on August 31.

Undergraduate students will be paid at the lower rate; while graduate students will be paid at the higher rate.

These rates do not included vacation pay nor statutory pay.

These rates will be applied until a new collective agreement is ratified. Retro will be paid after the ratification.

Requirements and Nature of Work:

Preference will be given to candidates who have a previous grade of A or better in a similar graduate course or workshop series, as well as having completed a significant project or internship or volunteer work related to their degree. Attend a TA workshop if necessary. Candidates must have experience and be active in engineering clubs or organizations where they are involved in mentoring or tutoring students in technical or professional skills. The candidate's knowledge will need to be demonstrated during an interview. Must have been trained and registered as a volunteer with the Center for Entrepreneurship and Engineering Design
