Requirement/Must Have:

  • Associateโ€™s Degree in Science, Math, Engineering, or related field OR minimum of 4 years of related experience.
  • Laboratory experience required.
  • Experience working with data sheets and technical documentation.
  • Medical device industry experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Minitab.
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Basic knowledge of standard laboratory practices.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Technical writing proficiency.
  • Ability to work in a biohazard environment and follow safety procedures.

Experience:

  • Experience supporting engineering or laboratory testing activities.
  • Experience setting up and operating test equipment preferred.
  • Experience collecting, recording, and reporting technical data.
  • Experience preparing reports and documentation in regulated environments preferred.
  • Experience supporting manufacturing or quality control teams preferred.
  • Experience working with ISO and FDA compliance requirements is a plus.
