Internship Assignment: Full Time - Summer 2027
  • Start date: 05/17/2027
  • Assist the Maintenance department in analyzing equipment failures and identifying root causes
  • Support preventive and predictive maintenance programs (PM/PdM), including data collection and tracking
  • Review and update maintenance work instructions, and equipment records
  • Analyze downtime data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
  • Participate in equipment inspections and condition monitoring activities
  • Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to improve equipment performance and reliability
  • Help maintain and improve data accuracy within the CMMS (MaintainX)
  • Project-MTBF rate improvement project

Internship Qualifications:
  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5
  • Must have completed 30 or more credit hours by the end of spring 2027 semester
  • Must be a full-time student attending an accredited two-year or four-year college/university
  • Preferred majors: Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related
  • Microsoft Office experience
  • Familiar with 2D and 3D Drawing - AutoCAD/Inventor or similar
  • Familiar with 5S / lean six sigma / lean manufacturing
