From determining the scope of a project to overseeing post-campaign marketing analytics, the AFL Marketing Project Manager will work with global teams to assign tasks, set deadlines, and determine the project’s expense and resource requirements — all while adjusting to changes over the course of the project. As a key contributor on the Marketing Operations Team, he/she will coordinate communication with internal and external stakeholders ensuring everyone has the information and buy-in needed to complete the project successfully.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field with equivalent experience
  • 5-7 years of experience in marketing coordination, project management, or account supervision; project management certification a plus
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Wrike, Monday.com, Asana, MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar)
  • Working knowledge of marketing/advertising channels, disciplines, and workflows in a marketing agency or corporate marketing environment
