Job Summary/Responsibilities:
Work closely with a team of Project Managers, Sales, and Service teams to help keep projects on track. Will work with manufacturers, contractors, and customers to ensure documentation, schedules, submittals, startup requirements, and communication is kept organized and moving forward. This is a critical role to ensure projects are supported accurately and efficiently throughout the project lifestyle.
Duties will include:
  • Day-to day project coordination and administrative support
  • Documentation to keep project files organized/accurate, including schedules, documentation, and closeout records
  • Coordination with customers, contractors, engineers, operators, and manufacturers to ensure required documentation and information is obtained and distributed
  • Provide Service Technicians with documentation needed for project work
  • Process and maintain forms, service reports, training documentation, and other project-specific records
  • Distribute plans, schedules, and other documentation required by project specifications
  • Communicate professionally with both internal and external teams and project stakeholder

Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in project coordination and administration
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines
  • Experience with ERP, CRM, PM or document management systems
