Position Overview
The State of Ohio is seeking an experienced Lead Salesforce Architect to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise Salesforce solutions. The selected consultant will collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce architectures while ensuring long-term platform stability, security, and performance. This role requires deep expertise in Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Public Sector Solutions (PSS), OmniStudio, Apex, LWC, integrations, DevOps, and Salesforce architecture.
