Job description

Dev10 is currently seeking a Software Developer Associate for a Direct Hire position. This role requires relocation anywhere in the continental United States. This is a unique opportunity to launch your career in Software Development.

Dev10 provides a pathway for motivated individuals to gain real-world experience by starting with an immersive, paid training program. You will train in technologies including Java, Spring, REST, and React before being placed on a client project. We are now hiring for our cohort starting Monday, November 10, 2025.

Responsibilities: Complete an immersive, 3-4 month paid training program to build technical skills from the ground up Receive mentorship and instruction from Senior Engineers in a hands-on environment After training, work for up to two years on client software development projects Collaborate with teams to build and deliver high-quality technology solutions Requirements: Willingness to relocate anywhere in the continental United States Authorization to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship Bachelor's degree Minimum 6 months of programming experience from academic coursework, hands-on projects, or professional work in one or more of the following languages: Java, Python, C, C#, C++, JavaScript, R, SQL, MATLAB, Mathematica, TypeScript, Shell scripting, Go, or Kotlin A recent STEM degree (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline) OR 12+ months of professional work experience in finance, healthcare, banking, insurance, hospitality, or aviation Desired skills: Passion for learning and interest in Software Development Strong logic and reasoning skills Clear communication and collaboration abilities Team-oriented mindset Pay range: Hourly pay rate of $24.04 (~$50,000 annually) to $28.85 (~$60,000 annually) depending on assigned location. A training stipend of $600/week is provided during the initial training period. A $2,500 relocation assistance is also provided.
