Job description

This Project Engineering Associate Manager role is focused on developing the program office for Mk7. It relies on extensive knowledge of program management principles throughout a program lifecycle and an ability to recruit and train employees. This functional leadership role will interface with the Mk7 Program Management Organization, IPTs, and functional managers from other program disciplines. This role also includes responsibilities and authority for the management of program areas and tools.
As a Project Engineering Associate Manager, you will:
Coordinate employee recruitment, selection, training, performance assessment, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions
Lead the development and growth of project engineers on the program
Hire the employees for the program management organization as the team's scope grows
Coordinate the planning, organizing, control, integration, and completion of Engineering projects within area of assigned responsibility
Be a Full Spectrum Leader who is disciplined in value driven Project Engineering and drives design evolution in a systematic and thoughtful way
Successful candidates typically have experience in project engineering or related engineering discipline with demonstrated systems engineering skills
