Your Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the efficient usage of programmed materials.

  • Provide basic support to efficiently build quality products and meet market demands.

  • Study and recommend techniques to improve existing CAM and internal software products.

  • Analyze and determine the most effective material size for production and recommends alternative materials to engineering when appropriate.

  • Select and recommend tooling purchases for new equipment in conjunction with engineering and assists to coordinate the purchase of tooling with the tooling department.

  • Create and adjust CAD files and collaborates with engineering regarding design enhancements for cost improvements.

  • Troubleshoots basic machine programming issues.

  • Assist in product development and cost reduction.

  • Participate in special project teams, working outside the scope of normal process to facilitate an accelerated schedule

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Your Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent

  • 0 to 2 years of Experience
