Associate-Level & License-Eligible Clinicians: $55,000-$60,000 annually
Fully Licensed Clinicians (LPC, LCSW, LMFT): $65,000-$70,000 annually
$5,000 Sign-On Bonus
Receive $2,500 after 90 days and the remaining $2,500 after 6 months of successful employment.
Clinical Supervision Available for eligible associate-level clinicians pursuing independent licensure.
Make a Difference in the Lives of Adolescents
St. Marys Wellness Center is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and clinically skilled Primary Therapist to join our growing adolescent residential treatment program.
This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced licensed clinicians and Master's-level therapists working toward independent licensure who want to build advanced clinical skills while making a lasting impact on the lives of adolescents and their families.
Our residential program serves youth ages 11-17 experiencing significant mental health and behavioral health challenges in a structured, supportive, trauma-informed environment.
What You'll Do
As a Primary Therapist, you'll serve as the lead clinician for a caseload of adolescents receiving residential treatment.
Responsibilities include:
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy
  • Complete psychosocial assessments and clinical evaluations
  • Develop and update individualized treatment plans
  • Conduct crisis intervention and risk assessments
  • Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
  • Facilitate psychoeducational and therapeutic groups
  • Participate in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings
  • Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, Behavioral Health Technicians, medical providers, and leadership
  • Communicate regularly with parents, guardians, and outside providers
  • Support a safe, structured, therapeutic residential milieu
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical programming
  • Assist with discharge planning and continuity of care
