A bachelor's degree in GIS, Geography, or a related field, combined with 5-8 years of experience in spatial analysis, database management, and Python scripting. Key qualifications include expert proficiency in Esri products (ArcGIS Desktop/Pro/Enterprise), advanced data management skills, project leadership experience, and the ability to automate workflows.
Core Technical Qualifications
Software Expertise: Advanced knowledge of ArcGIS Suite (Desktop, Pro, Server, Portal), ArcGIS Online, and QGIS.
Data & Database Management: Proficiency in creating and maintaining enterprise geodatabases (ArcSDE), SQL, and spatial data integration.
Scripting & Automation: Strong skills in Python (ArcPy/API), FME for ETL processes, and automation to streamline workflows.
Analyze, design, develop and maintain complex geographic databases and feature sets. Perform updates and edits.
