Then this permanent hire CNC Programmer opportunity with an established precision manufacturing company could be a great fit for you!

This company specializes in custom machining, fabrication, and metal working services for a variety of industrial clients. They are looking for an experienced CNC Programmer who is comfortable working with CAD/CAM, understands machining processes, and can help support quality production in a busy machine shop.

This is a great opportunity to join a stable team, work on unique projects, and use your programming and mechanical knowledge in a fast-paced precision manufacturing environment.

CNC Programmer Job Duties:
• Program CNC mills and lathes using Fusion 360 and CAD/CAM software
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and GD&T
• Create, edit, and optimize CNC programs to improve accuracy, efficiency, and part quality
• Work with machinists and production teams to support setup and machining needs
• Select appropriate cutting tools, holding fixtures, and machine accessories
• Troubleshoot programming, setup, and machining issues as needed
• Make program or machine adjustments when finished parts are not meeting quality standards
• Apply strong mechanical knowledge to support production and ensure specifications are met

Schedule: Monday–Friday, Day Shift
6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

CNC Programmer Requirements:
• Must have 5 years of CNC programming or machining experience
• Fusion 360 experience required
• CAD/CAM experience required
• Strong mechanical knowledge
• Ability to program and support CNC mills and lathes
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and GD&T
• Ability to troubleshoot programming and machining issues
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
