Job description

Our Client is a precision manufacturing company producing complex tooling and machined components for industrial applications, known for quality, reliability, and a team-oriented, safety-driven environment. This full-time, on-site role focuses on programming and optimizing 5-axis CNC machines, interpreting technical drawings and CAD models, selecting tooling and setups, troubleshooting machining issues, improving efficiency, and collaborating with engineering, quality, and production teams to meet performance and delivery standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and optimize 5-axis CNC programs for complex parts

  • Review blueprints and 3D models to determine machining approach

  • Select tooling, establish setups, and support machine operations

  • Troubleshoot programming and machining issues on the shop floor

  • Improve processes to enhance quality and reduce cycle time

  • Document setups and maintain clear production records

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production goals

Qualifications

  • Experience with 5-axis CNC programming and machining strategies
