Job Summary
We are seeking a versatile Software Programmer/Developer to join our growing MIS team who enjoys working with people just as much as solving problems. In this role, you will act as a core programmer/developer, contributing to a wide variety of software projects. You will develop, test, and maintain internal business applications, client-facing web portals, and database integrations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Application Development: Write clean, scale-able, and efficient code across multiple internal software systems.

  • Full-Stack Maintenance: Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing legacy applications and front-end interfaces.

Required Qualifications:

  • Web Tech: Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and at least one modern frontend framework.
  • Databases: Practical experience with relational database management systems (e.g., PL/SQL, MySQL, MS SQL Server).
  • Location: Must reside within commuting distance of Akron, OH location for mandatory on-site days.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent bootcamp experience).
