We understand the critical role that accurate data plays in the success of your project, which is why we meticulously communicate with project stakeholders: including project managers, engineering technicians, client representatives, and contractor's representatives, to ensure a thorough understanding of project requirements and to deliver precise testing, observation, and inspection results. Position Overview: As a Senior Geotechnical Engineer, you will lead the technical execution of both routine and complex projects, from initial design through completion. Your responsibilities include planning, scheduling, and managing engineering tasks, supervising analysis processes, and conducting project reviews.

You'll also oversee technical training, guide less experienced staff, and act as an Authorized Project Reviewer. In addition, you'll contribute to marketing and business development, ensure compliance with safety standards, and drive continuous quality improvement across all projects. Job Responsibilities: Offer technical guidance essential for the successful execution of routine and intricate projects.

Conceptualize initial designs and investigative strategies for significant project phases or take overall responsibility for engineering work in moderately scoped projects. Plan, schedule, and oversee engineering tasks, managing features like conflicting design elements. Conduct project reviews, particularly for projects involving complex investigation techniques.

Supervise the analysis process and contribute to written reports for clients; provide tchnical assessments of reports. Lead technical training sessions and make informed decisions based on cutting-edge technology issues. Take charge of marketing, sales, and business development efforts.

Supervise less experienced engineers and technical support staff. Act as an Authorized Project Reviewer. Develop an understanding of project-related risks, adhere to company risk policies, and promote a safe work environment.

Lead safety initiatives for the team, ensuring compliance with safety rules and guidelines. Advocate continuous quality monitoring and improvement on projects, overseeing adherence to quality standards. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; Master's Degree in Geotechnical Engineering or Civil Engineering with a geotechnical engineering focus preferred.

Minimum of 8 years of post-PE/responsible charge experience with geotechnical consulting firms. Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in Kentucky, or ability to attain within 6 months. Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Valid driver's license with an acceptable violation history.
