Overview

Join our dynamic team as a CNC Programmer at our facility located in Hubert, NC, 28539! We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about precision machining and thrives in a collaborative environment. In this role, you will be responsible for programming CNC machines to produce high-quality parts that meet our customers' specifications. If you have a knack for problem-solving and a love for technology, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities
  • Develop and optimize CNC programs for various machining operations.
  • Set up and operate CNC machines, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Interpret technical drawings and specifications to create precise machining instructions.
  • Conduct quality control checks on finished products to ensure adherence to specifications.
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot and resolve machining issues.
  • Maintain and update documentation related to CNC programs and machine setups.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a CNC Programmer or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of CNC machining processes and programming languages (e.g., G-code).
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and schematics.
  • Familiarity with CAD/CAM software is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
