This CNC Programmer position exists to support new and existing production by developing accurate, efficient, and repeatable CNC programs while improving manufacturing methods and supporting the shop floor.

This is a hands-on programming role with real ownership โ€” not a desk-only position.

The Work Youโ€™ll Be Doing

In this role, you will:

  • Develop, write, and optimize CNC programs for new and existing aerospace products
  • Support production with on-the-floor troubleshooting and process improvements
  • Create and refine manufacturing methods, routers, and setup documentation
  • Collaborate closely with machinists, quality, and engineering to ensure smooth production
  • Maintain full traceability and documentation in compliance with AS9100 requirements
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce cycle time, scrap, and variation

Youโ€™ll be directly involved in how parts are made โ€” from print to production.

  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail

Preferred (Not Required):

  • Aerospace machining experience
  • Fixture and workholding design experience
  • Proven success improving cycle times and standardizing processes
