Job Description:

10+ years of experience in Java. We are seeking a highly skilled Backend Java Developer to join our dynamic team, working with the client. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Spring Boot, Microservices Architecture, and cloud platforms to build scalable and secure backend systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
  • Develop RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party services.
  • Implement and manage cloud-native applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of backend applications.
  • Write unit and integration tests to ensure software reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including frontend engineers, DevOps, and product managers.
  • Optimize application performance, troubleshooting production issues, and implementing best practices.
  • Work with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools for seamless deployment.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 10 years of experience in Java development with strong knowledge of Spring Boot.
  • Expertise in Microservices Architecture and event-driven systems.
  • Proficiency in RESTful APIs, JSON, and Web Services.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS (Lambda, ECS, S3, DynamoDB, API Gateway, Step Functions, etc.) or other cloud providers.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, DynamoDB) databases.
  • Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration.
  • Experience with unit testing (JUnit, Mockito), and API testing tools like Postman.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
