We also produce a comprehensive range of optical fibers, copper cables and connectivity for voice, video and data transmission for the telecommunication sector.

We are 30,000 employees, across 50+ countries. Everyone at Prysmian has the potential to make their mark; because whatever you do, wherever you are based, you will be part of a company that is helping transform the world around us.

Project Manager - Build the Future of Our Expanding Operations

If you're a project manager who thrives in fastmoving environments and loves bringing complex industrial projects from concept to completion, this role puts you at the center of our company's growth. We're expanding, investing, and modernizing - and we need a driven Project Manager who can coordinate people, timelines, budgets, and vendors to deliver highvalue capital projects across our manufacturing network.

You'll oversee projects ranging from facility upgrades and utilities improvements to the installation and commissioning of advanced cablemanufacturing machinery. This is a role for someone who enjoys orchestrating moving parts, solving problems, and ensuring every detail comes together seamlessly.

Why This Role Matters

Reporting to the Director of Strategic Capital Projects, you'll work closely with Engineering Managers, plant leadership, and crossfunctional teams to ensure projects are executed efficiently and aligned with business goals. Your ability to plan, coordinate, and keep teams aligned will directly influence our operational performance and future capacity.

If you're energized by structure, clarity, and driving results, you'll thrive here.

What You'll Lead

Project Planning & Coordination

  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables while ensuring alignment across internal stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
  • Coordinate internal teams, contractors, and equipment suppliers to keep projects on track.
  • Support procurement activities, vendor selection, and contract coordination.
  • Maintain clear communication across all project participants to ensure alignment and transparency.

Execution & Delivery

  • Oversee daytoday project activities and ensure milestones are met.
  • Be present on-site during critical phases to monitor progress and resolve issues quickly.
  • Track project performance, manage changes, and adjust plans as needed.
  • Monitor budgets, cost forecasts, and financial impacts.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including schedules, reports, and change logs.
  • Ensure smooth handoff to plant teams at project completion.

Technical Oversight (Light Engineering Interface)

  • Review CAD layouts and engineering documents to ensure project requirements are understood and executed correctly.
  • Coordinate with engineering teams on equipment installation, utilities, and layout changes.
  • Support field activities by ensuring technical information is communicated accurately.

What You Bring

  • Proven experience managing large, complex capital projects in manufacturing, industrial, or construction environments.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a sharp eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to coordinate crossfunctional teams and external partners effectively.
  • Solid budgeting and costtracking experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office; familiarity with AutoCAD or similar tools is a plus.
  • Comfortable being on-site during key project phases.
  • Willingness to travel up to 60%, depending on project stage.

Why You'll Love Working Here

You'll join a company that's actively investing in new facilities, new equipment, and new technology - giving you the opportunity to manage meaningful, highimpact projects. You'll have the autonomy to drive results, the support of experienced technical teams, and the chance to grow your career as we expand.
