Engineering Manager

Our client is seeking a hands-on Engineering Manager to support a large luxury resort operation in New Hampshire. This role oversees preventative maintenance, mechanical systems, commercial equipment, and daily engineering operations across a dynamic, guest-focused property. The ideal candidate brings strong HVAC and facilities maintenance experience within hospitality, resort, or large commercial environments.

Engineering Manager Requirements & Qualifications
  • Minimum 2+ years of hotel, resort, or commercial building maintenance experience
  • Previous engineering leadership or supervisory experience preferred
  • Experience maintaining commercial kitchen and laundry equipment required
  • Commercial refrigeration experience strongly preferred
  • Universal HVAC License required
  • Valid Driver's License required
  • Strong preventative maintenance and mechanical troubleshooting skills
  • Experience responding to emergency maintenance situations
  • Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
