The Team & Role
Our Customer Experience department is crucial to driving organizational success. While customer service ensures a positive experience by addressing customers' needs and building strong relationships, data analysis supports strategic decision-making by uncovering insights from customer feedback, service trends, and performance metrics. Together, they help improve customer satisfaction, optimize operations, and align services with business goals.
Available Terms with Start & End Dates:
  • Fall 8/17/26 - 12/18/26

Key Responsibilities & Your Day-to-Day
  • Monitor and analyze daily order and delivery data
  • Track on-time delivery performance against targets
  • Identify patterns, trends, and root causes of delays
  • Clean and validate data to ensure accuracy in reporting
  • Generate and maintain dashboards and performance reports
  • Assisting with process improvement projects tied to manufacturing
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to recommend process improvements
  • Provide regular updates and insights to stakeholders

What You Bring
You are comfortable working with large datasets and can identify trends, spot issues, and communicate actionable insights. Strong problem-solving abilities, accuracy, and the ability to work cross-functionally with operations and logistics teams are key to success in this role.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor's program in Statistics, Mathematics or data related field
  • Proficiency in Excel (including pivot tables, formulas, and charts) is essential, and experience with data visualization or reporting tools.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States - Sponsorship will not be provided for this role

  • Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
  • A passion for accuracy, high curiosity, and a willingness to dive into data
  • Anticipated Graduation of May 2027
