What We're Looking For:

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Agile PLM Systems Analyst to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Oracle Product Lifecycle Management (PLM). The role involves working closely with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and cross-function IT to deliver efficient Agile PLM solutions.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
Manages the development of software-as-a-service (SaaS) and enterprise-wide applications associated with the collection, retrieval, accessibility and usage of data for internal department planning and activities.

  • Manages mission critical process flows and solutions for business problems.
  • Performs complex configuration, setup, and updating of application, including table definitions and access control.
  • Manages validity of complex data entered into established tables, fields and system databases.
  • Analyzes, designs and implements extensions and tailored solutions required for aligning packaged applications to meet functional business requirements and specifications and ensures data security is designed into each developed application.
  • Builds and produces complex reports using query and flexible reporting tools to meet the requirements of business management and staff.
  • Manages set up and user accesses.
  • Implements changes in applications development, maintenance and system standards. Provides timely resolution of problems or escalation on behalf of customer.
  • Manages complex system upgrades including planning and scheduling, coordination, and deployment and manages the testing of enhancements, fixes, patches and upgrades.
  • Manages availability and performance of systems and application environments through proactive as well as reactive analysis and maintenance and identifies and coordinates health checks related to architecture and tuning efforts.
  • Leads cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems issues.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree required. Advanced Degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience
  • Agile PLM is required, but Oracle ERP is a plus

Pay Range:

$108,960.00 - $163,440.00 Annual

Incentive Compensation:

In addition to base pay, Zebra offers this role the opportunity to earn a performance-based annual cash incentive, at a target equal to 12% of base pay, in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.
