This role may support one or more program areas based on your interests, strengths, and Council needs. We work to place facilitators where they are the best fit whenever possible.
Program Area ExamplesCamps Marydale and Covington โ€“ outdoor activities, games, arts & crafts, watersports, horses, and camper experiences Community Outreach โ€“ programs at schools and community sites Membership โ€“ recruitment events, family engagement, and new member support DreamLab and Events โ€“ hands-on activities and program coverage at GSLE sites What Youโ€™ll Do (Overview)Lead engaging activities for girls and families Set up and clean up materials and supplies Create a welcoming, positive experience Keep attendance and basic records Support safe, high-quality program delivery What Weโ€™re Looking For (Minimum Requirements)Age 18+ High school diploma or GED Experience working with youth, families, or community groups Strong communication skills Valid driverโ€™s license and reliable transportation Ability to pass a background check
