Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Program Coordinator to join our team. As a Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and evaluation of a program. If you have a passion for making a positive impact in the community. Must have at least 1 year working in caregiving. And possess strong leadership and organizational skills, we encourage you to apply.

Skills:
- Strong relationship management skills to effectively collaborate with others.
- Excellent administrative skills to manage budgets, records, and reports
- Proven experience in program management, including planning, implementation, and evaluation ISP.
- Knowledge of budgeting principles and ability to allocate resources effectively
- Ability to work with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral health needs is a plus
- Strong supervisory skills to lead and motivate a team
