Job description

As a Program Coordinator, your responsibilities will be a blend of administrative, communication, data tracking, and support for both internal teams and external partners. This position is contingent upon available grant funds.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintain calendars, deadlines, and documentation for all grant activities.
  • Assist with preparing grant proposals, budgets, and supporting materials.
  • Coordinate the submission process, ensuring all required documents are complete and accurate.
  • Collect, organize, and verify program data needed for progress reports.
  • Maintain databases or grant management systems to ensure accurate records.
  • Monitor program metrics and flag issues or delays.
  • Data entry and tracking for program participation.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal staff, partners, and sometimes funders.
  • Coordinate meetings, site visits, and communication between departments involved in grant activities.
  • Support outreach efforts related to grant funded programs.
  • Assist in program supply distribution at the various clinics.
  • Maintain general knowledge of HealthLinc patient resources.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Education/Training

  • High School diploma or equivalent

Experience

  • At least 1-3 years of healthcare administrative experience (not required but highly preferred)

Skills/Job Requirement

  • Proven ability to work well in a team environment
