The Wealth Management Associate Program is a salaried development program aimed at developing sales and entrepreneurial-minded individuals into a private banking role. The program offers a strong foundation on building core credit underwriting and relationship management skills. We welcome applicants from diverse academic and professional backgrounds who are eager to make a meaningful difference in clients' lives.

• You're completying a master's degree by January 2027, or you are a recent graduate with less than 5 years of experience and have developed a passion for helping others achieve their financial goals. 

• You're excited about building a longterm career in Credit Advisory 

• You're naturally curious, thoughtful, and collaborative, and you enjoy solving problems that matter to people. 

• You bring strong relationshipbuilding skills and enjoy connecting with others.  

• You have strong communication skills-listening, asking great questions, and expressing ideas clearly.

• You are organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.  

• You're entrepreneurialminded and energized by helping clients navigate important life decisions in a credit advisory capacity

• You have relationship management skills; the ability to build and maintain strong collaborative client and internal/ external partner relationships.  

• You can demonstrate an ability to influence, persuade, and build consensus
